Want to work for us next year?

Words & Images is looking for a whole lot of staff next year. Many of the student workers here are graduating, making more room for other interested USM students.

If you’d like to learn more about what it means to be part of the W&I team, send us an e-mail, comment, or talk to current Publishing Director, Caroline O’Connor Thomas, and Assistant Director, Michael Frier. They’ll tell you everything you need to know!

Please note that positions are only open to undergraduates currently enrolled at the University of Southern Maine.

…Because who doesn’t like prizes?

Thanks to generous donations from Bard Coffee, Longfellow Books and Material Objects, we’re happy to announce our first ever raffle!

Purchase your tickets for the prize (worth $75 dollars) at our release event! $1 for 1 ticket and $2 for a whopping 3 tickets.

All proceeds will go towards the production of the journal next year.
Make sure to check out our donors websites:
